Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions promptly

Experience:

- Proven experience in facilities management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance staff
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Fluency in English for effective communication with team members and contractors
